Just a few but essential changes and additions:
- They don't have monthly meetings. Instead, the leader calls for group meetings only whenever he feels it necessary. He writes to individual members personally via owl post and expects a confirmation reply from each of them. He never gathers all members together, so no one knows exactly how many members there are.
- No one is allowed to use the headquarters outside these group meetings, other than the leader himself. Unless the member or ally has received special permission from the leader for some reason.
- One-on-one communication between members or the leader and members happen through coded mesages via owl post. Other than that, messages everyone needs to read, still happen through coded messages on the Daily Propher's Readers' Column.
^These should help keep things simple whilst still offering players' freedom.
Also:
- The only people who know for sure what the leader genuinely looks like (as in have seen him without Polyjuice Potion) are those who have been approved as official members. The leaders' real name is known only by members and allies who are his personal and old friends. Most members also don't know very much about the leader's private life or past, they learn things about him on need-to-know basis.
