  NOTE! Wednesday, 29th of July 1981, was an exceptional public holiday because of teh Royal Wedding of prince Charles and Lady Diana.
  

SCHOOL YEAR
And here's the most essential events during Harry's first year at Hogwarts / the last year of our timeline.
Here is a day-to-day calendar for the Philosopher's Stone and all other books, in case you need it.

~ 1991-1992

• 1.9.1991, Sun - Autumn term begins - train departs from King's Cross to Hogsmead at 11:00.
  
• 2.9.1991, Mon - Classes begin.
  
• 31.10.1991, Thu - Halloween. The dinner is interrupted at 16:30 when a Mountain troll has entered the castle and all students are lead into their Houses. Harry and Ron save Hermione from the troll.
  
• 9.11.1991, Sat - Quidditch match, Gryffindor-Slytherin. Gryffindor wins when Harry catches the Golden Snitch with his mouth.
  
• 20.12.1991, Fri - Christmas Holiday begins, the train back to London at 11:00.
  On Saturday morning Hagrid brings 12 Christmas trees into the Great Hall.[/li]
  
• 5.1.1992, Sun - Christmas Holiday ends, train back to Scotland at 11:00.
  
• 6.1.1992, Mon - Spring term's first classes.
  
• 22.2.1992, Sat - Quidditch match, Hufflepuff-Gryffindor. Snape's referee so Hufflepuff probably won.
  
• 11.4.1992, Sat - Easter Holiday begins, train back to London at 11:00.
  
• 26.4.1992, Sun - Easter Holiday ends, train back to Scotland at 11:00.
  
• 27.4.1992, Mon - Summer term's first classes.
  
• 1.-5.6.1992, Mon-Fri - Examnation week. (For 1.-4. & 6. years. For the first two years only Mon-Thu, on Thursday is test on History of Magic.)
  
• 4.6.1992, Thu - Harry, Ron and Hermione follow prof. Orave through the trapdoor. Harry saves the Philosopher's Stone.
  
• 5.-7.6.1992, Fri-Sun - Harry lies unconscious in the Hospital Wing. Rumour about Harry and Voldemort's battle starts to spread at the school and in the wizarding sociaty.
  
• 6.6.1992, Sat - Quidditch match, Ravenclaw-Gryffindor. Ravenclaw wins. (Harry still unconscious.)
  
• 8..6.1992, Mon - Harry is released from the Hospital Wing.
  
• 8.-12.6.1992, Mon-Fri - O.W.L. Examnations (for 5. years) & N.E.W.T. Examnations (for 7. years.)
  
• (11.6.1992, Thu - Resault's of the regular examnations. The currently ongoing higher level tests' results will be sent by owl post in July.)
  
• 15.-18.6.1992, Mon-Thu - O.W.L. Examnations (for 5. years) & N.E.W.T. Examnations (for 7. years) continue.
  
• 19.6.1992, Fri - The End of Year Feast, (dinner)
  Gryffindor wins the House Cup because of last minute extra points given by Dumbledore for Harry, Ron, Hermione and Neville.
  
• 20.6.1992, Sat - the school year ends, train back to London at 11:00.
