The capital of England with millions of residents, numerous inner countries and even more numerous inner towns. The city rose long before car was invented so it has a very old-fashioned appearance and its streets are narrow. Driving a car in London can be a nightmare. But for this reason its public transportation network is excellent and usually far faster and less stressful way to move around than driving. Car is recommendable only if absolutely necessary or if you know the city well.

The combination of specific knowledge and genuine belief is the only key to a place like this, for a muggle.
